Friends are friends forever~

So that is about the cheesiest title yet to hit FFA. But I couldn't resist. Had to do it. Maybe because I'm feeling good today. My side of the family would call it feelin' froggy. I guess I'm just relieved to have gotten all of that other junk out. I feel like I've thrown up the last four posts. Isn't that so gross? Are you sad you're sitting there reading this? Let me apologize.

I'm terribly and completely sorry for that mental image.

I meant that by the way. You just generally feel better after you throw up, right? So it stands to reason that I would be feeling much better today that's all. And it didn't go unnoticed by me that the last three posts, in particular, were all words and no pictures. It usually bores me to read blogs with no pictures. I'm gonna remedy that today by throwing up photos instead of words. Laugh. Out. Loud. The shear number of pictures that will follow is ridiculous. So here goes.

Oh, but first. A little history. Gwendolyn Claire Oliver is my Syd's bestie. Honest to goodness. These two have been best friends since they just began to walk. Seriously. They met in Sunday School and have been bosom buddies since. Gwen moved a little over an hour away a couple years ago and it about devastated Syd. This week, she asked me to text "Ms. Bridgett" to ask if we could arrange a sleep over. Today, we met halfway and not long after we got home, they wanted to head out for a mini shoot. They sat in our backyard giggling and telling secrets and trying out their best jokes on each other. It was the sweetest thing ever. Then, the thunder rolled and I told them that they could play in the rain {if there was no lightning!} Silly girls...they wore each other's swim suits. I just adore these two. They are 7+ years into a remarkable friendship. I pray it continues to be a lifelong one. We love you, Gwen! ♥

KAM! I have no words for the time you captured with these photographs. I will love them forever and not skip a day...
My dad reminded me that Sydney has been a TRUE friend of Gwen's for a long time. Remember,"Gwen, don't move... You have a huge booger hanging out of your nose. I'm going to get it." Gwen froze and Syd pulled the booger out! She showed it to Gwen, then put it in a Klenex and threw it away!(At least that's my ending to the story...:) Weren't they about 4? Maybe younger?! That is a level of friendship that is rare indeed. May we all strive to be a friend like Syd. Good times... Thank you Kam for this wonderful gift. Love you so...
