I know many have endured hellacious snow and will bid this winter a hearty goodbye soon! I can't say as I blame you. But goodness, y'all. It's far and few between here. So we LOVED that Jesus opened those storehouses yet again. Only this time it was February instead of January.
I wasn't stoked about some of the pics I snagged of Syd the first time around. She wasn't "feeling" it and it showed. But on this day…a few weeks later and fresh snow on the ground…we went across the street and took turns with the Canon.
Sweet girl.
I could squeeze the life outta her.
She's always up for taking pictures too…and mama needed a new profile pic for the Design Shoppe page. We shared smiles and tons of laughs making fun of each other.

Kennedy was under the weather {no pun intended} and just couldn't bring herself to come out and play. And it was a pity because this snow was PERFECT. Perfect for sledding and for snowman building. Perfect for snowballs and angels on the ground. But she missed it. Sinus stuff is relentless for her sometimes and couple that with a roaring soar throat…she just said emphatically "no!" to our attempts to woo her out for a few minutes. :(

Syd got a hold of the camera again…and I didn't mind. Since I adore this man and all. Coincidentally, I adore our little photo bomber prince too. :)

I took a few more of Syd…
And then she reminded me to "stop shooting life, Mom. live it." I guess she had me there.
But come on.
After TEN DAYS on his back, THIS is living life…
…and I had to shoot it. Just had to.
